About the presenter:
Nick Sutherland is a former Australian Army recon soldier turned international mental health practitioner with a new mission – to empower people to create and maintain a positive and healthy state of mind.
Having been medically discharged with anxiety and depression plus a permanent knee injury, Nick is considered to be a “lived experience” practitioner due to his personal experience in hitting rock bottom and then getting himself back on track.
Nick’s clients refer to him as a “PT for the brain” due to his unique approach to proactively creating and maintaining a healthy and happy headspace in his role as the founder of MyndFit.
