Are you new to Pilates?
Before commencing small group classes each participant must first attend a one on one individual assessment.
In addition to teaching you the basic principles of Pilates your instructor will discuss with you your needs and goals, assess your posture, strengths and weaknesses.
During this session your instructor will gather information for formulating your individual program and discuss moving you into a small group class when you are ready.
What to wear / bring to class
- Wear stretchy comfortable clothing and socks with a grip bottom (available for sale at reception if you need)
- Bring a water bottle and a small towel
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class to allow time to fill out client history form- read through our cancellation policy located at bottom of form.
- In the interest of other participants please turn off your mobile phones and keep noise to a minimum during class.
